Before it died, it was idling very low, and it shut off a couple times while waiting at a stop light. I bought it from a private party about a month ago, and the radio did not work. I know audis have some electrical issues…could this be related?It shut off on the freeway the last time I drove it-I quickly turned it back on, and then the turn signals started to blink very rapidly. I tokk it home, and it did not start since. I replaced the battery because the old one was definitely shot, but it still won’t start . When I turn the key in the ignition, it just briefly makes a rough whining sound, and thats it. Could the battery be in wrong? Help! I am running out of money to fix this car! Thank You!

I just finished college and I have a job lined up in Milwaukee doing IT Consulting. I will make around 52k a year. Also, my mom just got a new car and she is giving me her 2002 Mustang GT Convertible with 37k miles. I am not a huge fan of the car and thinking about trading it in for something with batter gas mileage and something that can actually fit my stuff. I KBB’d the car and they said it had a trade in value of around 9-10k. I am looking to spend about 7-9k more to find another car. I am looking for a used, sedan, foreign or domestic, good mileage, reliable, fun to drive around18-19k.

What cars do you recommend? I have been looking at Audi A4’s, Civics, VW Jetta. Any other ideas? Please help. I need to find a car soon. Thanks.

We do not own a car so we have no use for a car seat, but if we did our son WOULD be in a carseat every time we were in one.

He got angry with me because I called the cops on a couple in a Audi with a car seat in the back, no baby in it….she was in her moms arms in the front seat. They sent a car immediately. I really think there is NO excuse for not having your child in a car seat. Out of all the useless inventions the baby companies have swindled us into buying, I would say the car seat is one of the only ones actually worth it.

Carseats, good or bad?
he is actual very intelligent, and not an idiot, just has different ideas. We take the bus, seems kind of silly to me that we don’t have to have child restraints for kids on buses….if we have to go somewhere in a car we borrow the seat from my ex mother in law, she keeps extras handy for all of her grandkids.
